OUR STORY
Better Stays is a family owned company centered around the vision to create the best luxury vacation homes in the Midwest. Phil and Felicia have been working in the real estate industry for over a decade in multi family rentals. A little over 4 years ago, we decided to turn all of our knowledge and success in long term rentals into the growing short term rental market. Launching our first AirBNB in Rockford, IL. We have now expanded over the last 4 years to Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
